North Charleston Native Winifred Stroble-Rouse Earns Degree from Limestone College

Limestone College presented North Charleston (29418) resident Winifred Stroble-Rouse with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administraiton/General during Spring 2012 commencement exercises held in the College's Fullerton Auditorium May 10-12, 2012. Graduates represented Limestone's traditional Day Student Program and Extended Campus Classroom and Internet offerings.
